The Royal Rules
The following titles constitute the official governance structure of the Masters Cage community:
• The Grand Architect — Founder and ultimate authority. Holds supreme power through Crown Authority LLC above all Royal Court positions. This title is permanent and non-transferable.
• The Emperor — Supreme governing authority of the Royal Court. Must be a Master. Minimum age: 25. Appointed by community election. Chooses The Crown Prince.
• The Crown Prince — Second in command, chosen by The Emperor, not separately elected. Must be a Master. Minimum age: 21.
• Master at Arms — Frontline community administrators. Two seats, both held by Masters. Minimum age: 21. Elected by the community.
• The Royal Servant — Frontline community administrator representing the submissive community. One seat, must be held by a submissive member at all times. Minimum age: 21. Elected by the community. Cannot ascend to any higher Royal Court position.
We, the members of Masters Cage, establish this Constitution to create a governed, verified, and democratically accountable community built upon the principles of power exchange, mutual respect, and financial dominance. This Constitution serves as the supreme governing document of the Masters Cage platform, subject only to the ultimate authority of Crown Authority LLC and its founder, The Grand Architect.
This community exists to provide a purpose-built, verified, and structured environment for Masters and submissives to connect, engage, and thrive — free from the chaos and anonymity of general social platforms.

The individual founder operates in the capacity of The Grand Architect — the creator and ultimate authority behind Crown Authority LLC.
Section 2.2 — Protections Against Transfer of Control
• No Royal Court vote, Emperor decision, community vote, or member petition may transfer ownership or operational control of the Masters Cage platform away from Crown Authority LLC.

• No amendment to this Constitution may remove, diminish, or circumvent the supreme authority of Crown Authority LLC or The Grand Architect.
• No Royal Court member, whether interim or elected, may claim any ownership interest in the Masters Cage platform.
Section 2.3 — Company Powers
• Crown Authority LLC reserves the right to dissolve the entire Royal Court and reconstitute it at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
• During any interim governance period, Crown Authority LLC holds full executive and legislative authority over the platform.
• Once a properly seated elected Royal Court is in place, Crown Authority LLC's authority transitions to a supervisory and override capacity.
Section 2.4 — Role of The Grand Architect
The Grand Architect serves as Advisor on Site Operations and Industry. This role carries no voting authority and no unilateral removal power as an individual. All supreme authority is held by Crown Authority LLC as an entity. The title of Grand Architect is permanent, non-transferable, and may not be assumed by any other person or entity.
Section 3.1 — Court Composition
The Masters Cage Royal Court shall consist of five (5) members:
• The Emperor (1 seat) — Must be a Master. Minimum age 25.
• The Crown Prince (1 seat) — Must be a Master. Minimum age 21. Chosen by The Emperor.
• Master at Arms (2 seats) — Both must be Masters. Minimum age 21.
• The Royal Servant (1 seat) — Must be a submissive member at all times. Minimum age 21.
Section 3.2 — The Emperor
The Emperor is the supreme governing authority of the Royal Court and the final arbiter for all community matters. The Emperor must be a Master and at least twenty-five (25) years of age. The duties and powers of The Emperor include:
• Community Governance and Adjudication: The Emperor shall adjudicate all interpersonal conflicts, grievances, and disputes between members. All decisions rendered by The Emperor are final and binding. The Emperor holds sole discretion to investigate conduct violations and impose discipline up to and including permanent termination of membership.
• Selection of The Crown Prince: Upon assuming office, The Emperor shall select The Crown Prince at their sole discretion. This selection does not require Royal Court approval or community vote.
• Platform Integrity and Development: The Emperor shall oversee platform maintenance, updates, and feature development.
• Mandate of Impartiality: The Emperor must execute all duties with strict impartiality, affording fair and equal consideration to all members regardless of their role as Master or submissive.
• Discretionary Authority Over Former Court Members: The Emperor holds the discretionary authority to revoke the free lifetime membership of any former Royal Court member at any time, for any reason, at their sole discretion. This authority transfers to each new Emperor upon seating.
Section 3.3 — The Crown Prince
The Crown Prince is the second-highest authority within the Royal Court, chosen by The Emperor, not separately elected. The Crown Prince must be a Master and at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The Crown Prince's duties include:
• Preliminary Adjudication and Mediation: The Crown Prince serves as the primary mediator and preliminary adjudicator for member disputes.
• Investigation of Policy Violations: The Crown Prince shall conduct initial investigations of reported infractions and present findings with recommended disciplinary actions to The Emperor.
• Member Guidance and Support: The Crown Prince serves as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
• The Crown Prince retains full voting rights on all Royal Court matters.
Section 3.4 — Master at Arms
The Master at Arms holds frontline administrative positions responsible for day-to-day moderation and member support, operating under the direct supervision of The Crown Prince. Both Master at Arms seats must be held by Masters who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Their responsibilities include:
• Community Monitoring and Compliance: Masters at Arms shall conduct continuous monitoring of platform activity to ensure adherence to the Masters Cage Charter and this Constitution.
• Member Support: Masters at Arms serve as the first point of contact for members requiring assistance.
• Enforcement Authority: Masters at Arms are authorized to investigate potential violations, issue official warnings, impose temporary account suspensions, or recommend permanent termination to The Crown Prince.
Section 3.5 — The Royal Servant
The Royal Servant holds the submissive seat on the Royal Court, serving as the official voice and representative of the submissive community. The Royal Servant must be a submissive member and at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The Royal Servant carries the same administrative responsibilities as the Master at Arms and operates under the direct supervision of The Crown Prince.
The Royal Servant cannot ascend to any higher position within the Royal Court. All positions senior to The Royal Servant — Master at Arms, The Crown Prince, and The Emperor — require the holder to be a Master. As The Royal Servant must always be a submissive, this requirement is structurally incompatible with any senior court position. This limitation is not a disciplinary restriction but a fundamental requirement of the court's governing structure.
Section 3.6 — Submissive Seat Requirement
The Royal Servant seat must be held by a submissive member at all times. This requirement may not be waived, overridden, or removed by any Royal Court vote, Emperor directive, or constitutional amendment.
Section 3.7 — Age Requirements
• The Emperor: minimum age of twenty-five (25) years at the time of election or appointment.
• The Crown Prince: minimum age of twenty-one (21) years at the time of selection.
• Master at Arms: minimum age of twenty-one (21) years at the time of election or appointment.
• The Royal Servant: minimum age of twenty-one (21) years at the time of election or appointment.
• No maximum age limit applies to any Royal Court position.
• Age requirements apply equally to interim and elected members.
Section 3.8 — Term Limits
• The Emperor: Maximum of two (2) one-year terms, consecutive or non-consecutive.
• The Crown Prince: Serves at the pleasure of The Emperor. Term ends when The Emperor's term ends or when The Emperor selects a new Crown Prince.
• Master at Arms and Royal Servant: Maximum of one (1) one-year term each.
• Interim Royal Court members are not subject to term limits during the interim period.
Section 3.9 — Discretionary Removal
• The Emperor may, at their sole and absolute discretion, remove The Crown Prince and appoint a replacement at any time.
• The tenure of any Master at Arms or Royal Servant may be terminated by The Emperor at their sole discretion, or by The Crown Prince upon submission of a formal removal application to The Emperor.
• Crown Authority LLC may remove any Royal Court member, including The Emperor, at any time and for any reason.
Section 3.10 — Voting and Quorum
• All five Royal Court members hold equal voting rights on all Court matters.
• A simple majority of three (3) votes out of five (5) is required to pass any Royal Court motion.
• With five members, no tie is mathematically possible. No tiebreaker provision is required.
• The Emperor's vote carries no additional weight beyond one vote.
Section 3.11 — Elections
• All members in good standing who have maintained an active account for a minimum of thirty (30) continuous days are eligible to vote in Royal Court elections.
• Each eligible member shall be entitled to one (1) vote per contested seat. Proxy voting is strictly prohibited.
• The Emperor is elected by the community. Upon election, The Emperor selects The Crown Prince independently.
• Master at Arms seats and The Royal Servant seat are elected by the community separately.
• Election procedures, duration, and validation processes shall be established and published by Crown Authority LLC prior to any election.
• Constitutional amendments may be proposed by Crown Authority LLC or by petition of no less than five percent (5%) of eligible members, and require a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote plus written approval of Crown Authority LLC.
Section 4.1 — Succession Principles
The succession structure of the Masters Cage Royal Court is designed to ensure continuity of governance at all times. The following succession order applies whenever a senior court position becomes vacant due to resignation, removal, incapacitation, death, or any other cause.
Section 4.2 — Vacancy of The Emperor
If The Emperor's seat becomes vacant for any reason:
• The Crown Prince assumes the role of Emperor immediately and without election.
• The newly seated Emperor selects a new Crown Prince at their sole discretion. No election or Royal Court approval is required for this selection.
• The new Crown Prince must meet all age and Master requirements established in Article III.
Section 4.3 — Simultaneous Vacancy of The Emperor and Crown Prince
If both The Emperor and The Crown Prince seats become vacant simultaneously:
• The Senior Master at Arms — defined as the Master at Arms who received the most votes in the most recent election — assumes the role of Emperor immediately and without election.
• The newly seated Emperor selects a new Crown Prince at their sole discretion. No election is required.
• The Junior Master at Arms — defined as the Master at Arms who received the fewest votes in the most recent election — moves up to the Senior Master at Arms position.
• The now-vacant Junior Master at Arms seat triggers a community election for that single seat only.
Section 4.4 — The Royal Servant and Succession
The Royal Servant may not assume any higher Royal Court position under any succession scenario, at any time, for any reason. All positions senior to The Royal Servant — Master at Arms, The Crown Prince, and The Emperor — require the holder to be a Master. The Royal Servant must always be a submissive. These requirements are structurally and permanently incompatible. No succession scenario, emergency, constitutional amendment, or Royal Court vote may alter this limitation.
Section 4.5 — Crown Authority LLC Override
In any succession scenario where the Royal Court is unable to function or where no eligible successor exists, Crown Authority LLC holds full authority to appoint interim replacements for any or all vacant seats until the next scheduled election. This authority supersedes all succession provisions in this Article.
Section 5.1 — Interim Royal Court Appointment
Prior to the first community election, an Interim Royal Court shall be appointed by Crown Authority LLC. Interim Court members are appointed, not elected, and serve at the pleasure of Crown Authority LLC and The Grand Architect. All age and role requirements established in Article III apply equally to interim appointments.
Section 5.2 — Term of Interim Service
• Each Interim Court member's authority runs through December 31 of the calendar year in which they are seated.
• There is no fixed deadline for seating the full Interim Court. Crown Authority LLC may seat interim members at any time.
• The Interim Court shall remain in place until a community election is held and results are certified.
Section 5.3 — Election and Transition
• If an election produces a clear winner for a seat, that elected member replaces the interim member immediately upon certification.
• If an election produces no clear winner for a seat, the interim member becomes the seated member by default.
• If no election is held, interim members continue to serve.
Section 5.4 — Full Company Authority During Interim Period
During the interim governance period, Crown Authority LLC holds full authority to appoint, remove without cause, set compensation, and amend this Constitution.
Section 6.1 — Master Membership
• All Masters must complete a one-time KYC identity verification fee of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00 USD) to join the platform.
• Upon successful KYC verification, Masters receive a verified badge and free lifetime access to the platform. No recurring membership fee applies to verified Masters.

Section 6.4 — Submissive Scoring System
All submissive members shall receive a sub score badge upon completion of the platform application. The sub score reflects the member's demonstrated engagement, tribute history, and commitment to the lifestyle. Sub scores are visible to all verified Masters on the platform.
Section 6.5 — Payment Terms
• Membership constitutes a recurring subscription. Members authorize the Company and its designated payment processors to charge the applicable membership fee on a recurring monthly basis.
• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• Members must maintain a valid payment method on file at all times. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of platform access.
• Cancellation must be effectuated through the member's account settings portal no less than three (3) calendar days prior to the next billing date. Cancellation requests via email or social media are null and void.
• The Company reserves the right to modify membership fees with thirty (30) days written notice to affected members.
Section 6.6 — Third-Party Payment Arrangement
A verified Master may elect to have their KYC verification fee or any platform fees satisfied by a submissive member. The Master remains primarily and ultimately liable for all fees. The Company disclaims all liability for disputes arising between Masters and submissives concerning such arrangements.

All transactions effectuated through the Masters Cage payment system are subject to a non-refundable Platform Service Fee, calculated as a percentage of the gross transaction value.

Transactions involving event ticket sales are subject to a total service fee of twenty percent (20%), consisting of a Platform Service Fee of fifteen percent (15%) and a Third-Party Processor Fee of five percent (5%). Section 8.1 — Freedom of Expression
Members shall have the right to express their views and opinions on the Platform, subject to the Masters Cage Charter and this Constitution.
Section 8.2 — Apolitical Platform
Masters Cage is designated as an apolitical platform. The dissemination, promotion, or debate of political content of any kind is strictly forbidden in all public-facing areas of the Platform.
Section 8.3 — Right to Privacy
The Company shall endeavor to protect the privacy of member data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Section 8.4 — Right to Due Process
In the event of an alleged violation, members shall be afforded a fair process for investigation and resolution, including the right to be informed of allegations and to present a defense, prior to the imposition of sanctions, except in cases of zero-tolerance violations as defined in the Masters Cage Charter.
Section 8.5 — Protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

â—¦ Second Offense: One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00 USD), remitted within seven (7) calendar days of notice.

Section 8.7 — Regulation of Paid Services
• A member who receives payment for a service shall render performance within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed payment unless an alternate timeframe is mutually agreed upon in writing.
• Should a service provider be placed under official investigation, they are obligated to either fulfill outstanding paid services or issue a full refund within twenty-four (24) hours.

Section 8.10 — Regulation of Monetized Activities
Verified Masters are prohibited from creating or operating any game, contest, or activity requiring payment from other members without first securing express written authorization from Platform administration.
Section 9.1 — Net Revenue Definition
"Net Revenue" as used throughout this Article is defined as gross platform revenue less all documented operating expenses required to maintain the platform in functional operation. If operating expenses equal or exceed gross revenue in any given period, Net Revenue shall be zero and all Royal Court compensation for that period shall be zero.

Section 10.1 — Supremacy Clause
This Constitution, as issued under the authority of Crown Authority LLC and The Grand Architect, is the supreme governing document of the Masters Cage community.
